Top Tips To Manage Your Symptoms
After 7 years of having kidney infection, I very well know that you might have reached my blog desperate, apprehensive, and a little panicky.
I know because I was exactly where you are 7 years ago (Read all about my story <here>). My goal of this blog is to help fellow sufferers prevent the progression of symptoms of kidney infection, and ultimately, reverse it.
After receiving numerous emails and comments on this blog, I decided to make a post on what I did to manage my symptoms (Answering Questions over and over is a bit daunting for a retiree
).
This is a personal account of what I did to manage my condition, I am not a health care professional although my nurse (who is now a dear friend) recommended a kidney diet solution which helped a whole lot. If you want to know how I did it, read this article in its entirety as I am sure this will help a lot.
Here’s my top tips for anyone looking to manage their renal infection symptoms:
See a Doctor
Although this was the last step that I took just to get a lab result confirmation, for fear of giving the wrong advise, I suggest you do this first to be on the sure side.
Watch your protein!
This is very crucial. As you will soon see, Mary, the nurse friend of mind lead me to a kidney diet ebook that comprehensively covers everything about managing kidney diseases. I suggest you get a copy of it as it gives a detailed account on what to do, what to effectively eat, and sample 7-day renal diet.
Here’s the link to the ebook site: www.KidneyDietSecrets.com
But if you want to get a summary, here’s the main pointers:
> Watch your protein
> Eat the right food (yes, there are important foods to avoid)
> Personal management your condition
- Lifestyle Modification
I also made sure to change a couple of lifestyle changes which include: making sure I get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day, hydration, and at least 2-3x exercise
every week.
Lower Consumption of “Kidney Detractors”
I was astounded that there are actually grocery items that needs to be avoided. All along, there are certain products that has been in my grocery list that needed to be dropped. These would include
some condiments, some types of meat (the kidney diet ebook explained it clearly) and snack foods.
In sum, managing your syptoms is not easy, but it is doable. If I was able to do it, so can you. It’s just a matter of following the right lifestyle and modifying your usual daily routine.

After 7 years, I followed a healthy kidney lifestyle that it just goes without any effort at all — hardwired if you might say.
Hope this helps a lot of people out.
